I provide face to face and telehealth (facetime and phone sessions) therapy services for all ages in individual, couples, and family therapy. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship provides an opportunity to help you understand yourself and others better, which can lead to more satisfying relationships and fulfillment in life. In therapy, I work alongside you, at your pace providing a warm, nurturing, and safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported in your growth.

I have successful experience working with a variety of concerns including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, communication, family conflict, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, parenting and life transitions. I also have experience working in 3 high school settings, helping teens who struggle with issues such as, self- esteem, academics, depression, anxiety, peer pressure, substance use, defiance, self harming behaviors and relationships. I provide parenting support for parents who need help coping with the challenges of parenting. I am an ACT certified trainer and can offer effective parenting strategies that can improve connection and communication between parents and their children.

I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich counselor. Couples come to therapy, commonly, when they feel a disconnection in their relationship and struggle with communicating and getting their needs met. I offer couples counseling, premarital counseling, and marriage counseling, creating a safe space for each individual, while providing tools that will help to create the emotional connection again that couples yearn for.
